| In a few years a very powerful government led by a dictator ruler will rise. This leader is depicted in the Book of Revelation as a leopard-looking beast. |

One reason behind the rise of this government of the Leopard Beast is the Rapture. When thousands of Christians, young and old, disappear from planet Earth, the Devil will feel his treasure (people) is being stolen from him. He knows that God will not rapture or save people who have the mark of the beast, so he will try to have everyone implanted to avoid any future raptures.
Matthew 24:39-42
For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark.
And they were oblivious, until the flood came and swept them all away. So will it be at the coming of the Son of Man.
…Two men will be in the field: one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding at the mill: one will be taken and the other left.
Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day on which your Lord will come.
Some Christians left behind though, will notice that people are missing, but the Devil will try to convince them that nothing has happened and everything is still the same. The news media will say that all those rumors are "conspiracy theories" from Christians.
2 Peter 3:3-4
Most importantly, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires.
“Where is the promise of His coming?” they will ask. “ Ever since our fathers fell asleep, everything continues as it has from the beginning of creation.”

Revelation
13:1
And he [Satan] stood upon the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast coming
up out of the sea, having ten horns, and seven heads, and on his horns
ten diadems, and upon his heads names of blasphemy.

Revelation 13:2 If "dragon" refers to Satan, then this leader becomes at this moment the most Satanic ruler ever to exist on the face of the Earth. |

This leader receives a severe wound, but recuperates and becomes even more powerful. |

It is obvious that this beastly man receives some type of attack, a severe one (as though smitten unto death), but the aggressor underestimated the fact that the beast has Satan himself behind him.
Revelation 13:4
and they worshipped the dragon, because he gave his authority unto the
beast; and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the
beast? And who is able to war with him?
People from now on worship the devil himself.
Obeying this leader is the same as obeying Satan, because Satan is
using
this "beast" to accomplish his evil desires. The people on
earth
obey the orders given by this leader and feel that they have no
other choice. The
army of the beast is something to be feared and commands admiration.

Revelation 13:5 Revelation 13:6 The Beast will utter blasphemies against God, against God's name (YHVH), against God's temple, and against those who dwell in heaven. |

This person will
not be a Christian. Furthermore, this person will persecute the Christians. This beast knows that
YHVH is the one who rescued
the Christians who at
this time might be living in Paradise.
It will be a time of extreme suffering for
the ones Left Behind. Remember the parable of the Ten
Virgins; there will be some Christians Left Behind.
All other religious groups will probably be spared, but if you
obey YHVH.... that will mean a continuous persecution from the
Government of the Beast till death, worse than
what Hitler did with the Jews.
Revelation 13:7
And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome
them: and there was given to him authority over every tribe and people
and tongue and nation.
Revelation 13:8
And ALL that dwell on the earth shall worship him, whose name
hath not been written from the foundation of the world in the book of
life of the Lamb that hath been slain.
Notice that the government of the beast has power over EVERY
NATION. At this
time in history, there might be NO PLACE of escape on planet earth.
Revelation 13:9
If any man hath an ear, let him hear.
Listen to YHVH's warning NOW, because after the Rapture it will be too late for you.
Revelation
13:10
If any man [is] for captivity, into captivity he goes: if any man shall
kill with the sword, with the sword must he be killed. Here is the
patience and the faith of the saints.
The saints that will be living on earth at that time will have to exercise much faith. This is a time in history in which being a true Christian will be a hard test to pass, especially "to love your enemies."

Revelation 13:11 And I saw another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like unto lamb, and he spoke as a dragon. Revelation 13:12 And he exercises all the authority of the first beast in his sight. And he makes the earth and them dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose death-stroke was healed. |
Revelation 13:13
And he does great signs, that he should even make fire to come down out
of heaven upon the earth in the sight of men.
Revelation 13:14
And he deceives them that dwell on the earth by reason of the signs
which it was given him to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them
that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast
who hath the stroke of the sword and lived.
This
second beast uses signs to
get people to worship the Leopard Beast.
Revelation 13:15
And it was given to him to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image
of the beast should both speak and cause that as many as should not worship the
image of the beast should be killed.
Revelation 13:16
And he causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor,
and the free and the bond, that there be given them a mark on their
right hand, or upon their forehead;

second beast (false prophet) gives the orders
to implant every human being on earth with the mark of the
beast.
On October 13, 2004 the FDA approved the Verichip for human implantation, to be used for medical purposes. At the present time, people who receive these microchip implants do so voluntarily, but in the future, the false prophet will make it mandatory. |

Revelation
13:17
and that no man should be able to buy or to sell, save he that hath the
mark, [even] the name of the beast or the number of his name.
Revelation 13:18
Here is wisdom. He that hath understanding, let him count the number of
the beast; for it is the number of a man: and his number is Six hundred
and sixty and six.
In this day and age of the internet, it is easy for a hacker to break
into a
database and steal credit card numbers and the pin numbers.
Because of the
ease with which these numbers can be stolen, the Government of the
Beast will
force
everyone to accept the mark. The mark of the beast makes
stealing credit
cards difficult because the person must identify himself in making a
transaction.
As we get closer to the time when this Beast will rise, it is important to identify him. See Identity of the Beast.
To identify the beast we must notice that it has power over all other nations. In the past, there have been mighty empires that ruled over other nations, but they did not have the technology to implement the mark of the beast. It is only NOW that this technology has become available. It is only NOW that we start recognizing the signs of the end.
Let us remember that God only reveals the details of His plans at the proper time, to the generation that will be affected, and only to those that diligently ask Him. The reason for this is that if the Devil knew ahead of time all the details, he would mount an intense opposition against God's plan, hinder God's rescue, and try to make God appear as a liar.
The result is, that the complete understanding of a prophecy is usually acquired after the prophecy is fulfilled.

Matthew 21:5
SAY TO THE DAUGHTER OF
ZION,
'BEHOLD YOUR KING IS COMING TO YOU,
GENTLE, AND MOUNTED ON A DONKEY,
EVEN ON A COLT, THE FOAL OF A BEAST OF BURDEN.'
Jesus fulfilled the prophecy by using a donkey to enter Jerusalem on His last Passover week.
Matthew 21:7
and brought the donkey and
the colt, and laid their coats on them; and He sat on the coats.
The apostles recognized
that this was prophesied
about Jesus AFTER he
sat on the donkey and entered Jerusalem.
Therefore, the rapture will take many by surprise.
After the Rapture, the angels will warn the Left Behind not to submit to the requests of the Leopard Beast, especially not to accept the Mark.
Revelation 14:9
And another angel, a third, followed them, saying with a great voice,
If any man
worships the beast and his image, and receives a mark on his forehead,
or upon his hand,
Revelation 14:10
he also shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is prepared
unmixed in the cup of his anger; and he shall be tormented with fire
and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence
of the Lamb:
Revelation 14:11
and the smoke of their torment goes up for ever and ever; and they have
no rest day and night, they that worship the beast and his image, and
whoso
receives the mark of his name.
The ones that disobey this evil government leader will be
victorious as they will
attain eternal life and forever be with YHVH and His Christ.
Revelation 15:2
And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire; and them that
come off victorious from the beast, and from his image, and from the
number of his name, standing by the sea of glass, having harps of
God.
Revelation 16:2
And the first went, and poured out his bowl into the earth; and it
became a noisome and grievous sore upon the men that had the mark of
the beast, and that worshipped his image.
Revelation 16:10
And the fifth poured out his bowl upon the throne of the beast; and his
kingdom was darkened; and they gnawed their tongues for pain,
Revelation 16:13
And I saw [coming] out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth
of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet, three unclean
spirits, as it were frogs:
Revelation 19:19
And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies,
gathered together to make war against him that sat upon the horse, and
against his army.
The government of this evil leader continues till the coming of Christ for the Battle of Armageddon. That means from the time of the rapture to the Battle of Armageddon there is a short time, because the Beast is still alive and he is the ruler of this important government. It is at this time in history that all nations get together to fight the returning Christ and His Saints.
The Leopard Beast and its False Prophet deceive all nations into a combined global defense against a common enemy, but this time Christ does not leave. He stays to fight the great Battle of Armageddon.
Revelation 19:20
And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought
the signs in his sight, wherewith he deceived them that had received
the mark of the beast and them that worshipped his image: they two were
cast alive into the lake of fire that
burns with brimstone:
Christ is victorious as the last human government is destroyed. Its leaders -- the Beast and the False Prophet -- are both cast into the Lake of Fire. What follows is the Millennium -- a thousand years of peace and joy upon the earth.
Revelation 20:4
And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto
them: and [I saw] the souls of them that had been beheaded for the
testimony of Jesus, and for the word of God, and such as worshipped not
the beast, neither his image, and received not the mark upon their
forehead and upon their hand; and they lived, and reigned with Christ a
thousand years.
Revelation 20:10
And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and
brimstone, where are also the beast and the false prophet; and they
shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
