Toxic trees are the
latest problem we face. See this genetically modified organism (GMO)
tree movie. It is a tragedy, because instead of normal trees,
genetically engineered (GE) trees are created to produce insecticide
poison.
All parts of the GE tree produce this poison -- roots,
trunk, branches, leaves, flowers, pollen, fruit. The poison emanating from
tree roots kills bacteria and other organisms in the soil. Therefore, the
soil becomes sterile. These poisons get into the ground water and leech into
springs, rivers, and lakes. Insects and other animals that eat leaves, bark,
or roots will also die. Birds that eat the insects will soon disappear
from that plot of GE trees. What it creates is a sterile silent forest
devoid of any other life.
Problems with this "new creation" of genetically
mixing genes from animals into plants is that as we mentioned, water that runs
off the plot of engineered trees moves to other areas along with the poison.
Pollen from GE trees falls on normal plants, creating more GE seeds and GE
trees. This process continues, and continues...
Also, these GE trees are resistant to herbicides, thus
are "round up ready" like GMO corn. Weed killer will not affect them,
and in this way GE trees do not have to compete with weeds.
This is an attempt by companies to increase profit.
Genetically engineered trees will make more money for a paper company.
Monsanto is producing GE/GMO trees to increase profit.
Also, since the trees are round up ready, Monsanto can sell more of its
herbicide --round up-- to tree farms.
GE
Trees are a threat to bio-diversity. Because GE plants kill
beneficial insects such as bees, there are less insects to pollinate
important crops. Most people do not realize the damage this can do.
These plants will not produce fruit without pollinators.
What you get is a silent forest. There is no bird song.
Insects that would normally eat the tree die due to poison being inside every
cell of the tree.

God
produced a world wide flood to destroy the whole earth because human and animal gene
codes had become contaminated. The Bible says:
Genesis 6:9
These are the generations of
Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah
walked with God.
This
means that Noah was perfect genetically. God was able to save him to
start over the human race without genetic
contamination. Also, God took animals that had good genetics and was able
to reseed the earth.

The corruption of flesh that occurred in the days of
Noah is happening now in a similar manner. This genetic mixing is worse than
contamination by radiation, because radiation will decay over thousands of
years, but genetic mixing does not go away. The pollen from altered plants falls
on normal plants and the offspring will be altered. This grows exponentially
until all the planet is corrupted. Christ foretold
this would happen thousands of years ago.
