we see shortages of meat and other items as our economic crisis is
worse. Empty shelves in our grocery are common now.

God
is angry. He does not like a world that is full of sin.
Revelation 6:5-6
When the lamb opened the third seal, I heard the third
living creature say, ‘Come!’ As I watched, there was a black horse. Its
rider held a pair of scales in his hand. I heard something like a voice
coming from the midst of the four living creatures. ‘A quart of wheat
for a denarius!’ said the voice. ‘And three quarts of barley for a
denarius! But don’t ruin the oil and the wine!’
Please look at all the empty shelves in your
grocery. Funny, there now is plenty of oil and wine. However, other
types of food are scare.
This should not surprise us. After all, we are
in the last days, and there are plagues because God is angry. Oh yes,
there is too much sin.
Romans 3:21–25
But now the righteousness of God has been manifested apart from the
law, although the Law and the Prophets bear witness to it—the
righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe.
For there is no distinction: for all have sinned and all fall short of the
glory of God, and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the
redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God put forward as a
propitiation by his blood, to be received by faith. This was to show
God’s righteousness, because in his divine forbearance he had passed
over former sins. |
