Right now we face the potential of nuclear war between India and Pakistan, but how did we get here?

• Chemical
• Nuclear
• Genetic

The first one came about through the industrial revolution. Now thanks to the advances in chemistry, instead of real foods, we have artificial colors, artificial flavors, and artificial sweeteners; instead of real fibers we have synthetic rayon, nylon, and polyester; instead of real wood, we have plastic.

With the industrial revolution we have created thousands of gadgets, but there is a price to pay - chemical contamination. 

The second advancement in science is nuclear power.   Nuclear power has enabled us to better diagnose patients by injecting them with radioisotopes used to monitor their bodies.  Nuclear power is also used to give us electricity, but the same power is able to blast whole cities. A major negative effect of nuclear power is radioactive contamination.

The third advancement in science is genetic engineering.  We are now  "creating" new species that never existed before.

The pollution from these "advancements" in science are:

• CHEMICAL. This one lasts for a few years because chemicals decompose.
• NUCLEAR. This one can last for millions of years, but it slowly decays.
• GENETIC. It lasts forever and does not go away. Not only that, but it increases with time. A few contaminated organisms become hundreds, then thousand, millions, billions etc. And through plasmids, or cross breeding with wild life,  they spread their bad genes to other species.

Scientists are using genetic engineering (transgenics) to create mixed species.

Using techniques similar to those used to produce Dolly the sheep, scientists at Nexia Biotechnologies in Quebec have genetically engineered  goats with spider genes. Now Nexia will  produce unlimited quantities of spider silk (BioSteel®)  in goat's milk.

Another company using transgenics, PPL Therapeutics, the British firm that cloned Dolly the sheep, has inserted the DNA of a Danish woman into thousands of New Zealand sheep without her knowledge.  The DNA came from a blood sample the woman gave in a clinic in the 1980's. She was never told what her DNA has been used for.

PPL Therapeutics will make profits from a protein in the  genetically modified sheep's milk.  The protein produced in these genetically engineered sheep will be used therapeutically to help patients with cystic fibrosis.

In New Zealand, another scientist from PPL,  David Wells has set up a 'clone' farm  where human genes are inserted into cloned Friesian heifers.  Each heifer will produce milk containing a synthetic form of the human MBP gene which enables the human body to produce the protein myelin.  Myelin is absent from damaged nerves in patients with multiple sclerosis, so PPL hopes to market this artificial myelin produced in the transgenic heifers.

Now, what exactly is "transgenics?"

According to Autar Mattoo, head of the ARS Vegetable Laboratory in Beltsville, Maryland: "In the transgenic approach, we find a particular gene that controls the trait we're interested in, like early ripening or prolonged shelf life," he says. "Then, using molecular tools, we reengineer the gene, confirm it's what we want, and introduce it into a plant [or animal] so it becomes part of that plant's [or animal's] genome."  The organism will be altered from then on, capable of passing the new trait to its progeny.

Most marketed transgenic products are food, seeds or therapeutic substances developed by a few transnational corporations led by the USA's Monsanto or Switzerland's Novartis.

The problem with transgenic species is - it is impossible to isolate them. Therefore, their altered genes will mix with normal species.

Unintended releases of transgenic fish into rivers, lakes and oceans will be inevitable as hundreds of thousands of conventional farmed fish escape every year into waterways.

In a contamination incident two years ago, similar to what can happen with transgenic fish, the mixing of StarLink engineered corn into the food supply caused Taco Bell to lose $60 million in sales and Kraft Foods to recall over 25 million contaminated taco shells.  The problem was that this variety of transgenic corn causes food allergies, and has not yet been approved for human consumption, although it is used in animal feed.

Therefore, consumer beware; there are many transgenic foods used for human consumption and they do NOT require any type of labeling!

In the book of Genesis God says:

Genesis 6:12
God looked on the earth, and behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted their way upon the earth.

The genetic contamination was so great that God decided to destroy all flesh, not just human kind.

Genesis 6:17
Behold, I, even I am bringing the flood of water upon the earth, to destroy all flesh in which is the breath of life, from under heaven; EVERYTHING that is on the earth shall perish.

As stated in the New Testament:

Luke 17:27
They were eating, they were drinking, they were marrying, they were being given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.

God destroyed all flesh because of genetic contamination. There is evidence from ancient mythology that humans were cross breeding different species and creating monsters. 

These are some examples of mythological monsters:

Centaur   

One of a race of monsters having the head, arms, and trunk of a man and the body and legs of a horse.

Griffin also Griffon or Gryphon

A fabulous beast with the head and wings of an eagle and the body of a lion.

Minotaur

A monster who was half man and half bull, to whom young Athenian men and women were sacrificed in the Cretan labyrinth until Theseus killed him.

 

Satyr

Half man and half goat creature from Greek mythology. Pan is the most famous satyr. He is known for playing his Pan Pipes and for the word PANIC.

 

 

Chimera also Chimaera

A fire-breathing  monster usually represented as a composite of a lion, goat, and serpent.

In ancient times we created monsters.  Now "scientists" are playing God, genetically engineering modern chimeras.

Transgenics lead down a path that poses many philosophical questions.  Just what percentage of human genes make an animal a human, and what percentage of animal genes turn a human into an animal?

As George Orwell stated in his book, Animal Farm:

"The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which."

God will intervene to stop the experiments.  Otherwise, it would again be like in Noah's time when "all flesh had corrupted their way upon the earth."  There would be no flesh left untouched by these transgenic experiments.  

Revelation 11:18
"And the nations were enraged, and Your wrath came, and the time came for the dead to be judged, and the time to reward Your bond-servants the prophets and the saints and those who fear Your name, the small and the great, and to destroy those who destroy the earth."

God has no choice but to intervene as He did in the days of Noah.

In the time of Noah He destroyed the world with water

2 Peter 3:6
through which the world at that time was destroyed, being flooded with water.

But this time He will destroy it with fire.

2 Peter 3:10
But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a roar and the elements will be destroyed with intense heat, and the earth and its works will be burned up.

Since all these things are to be destroyed in this way, what sort of people ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness,

looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be destroyed by burning, and the elements will melt with intense heat
