Hey it has most certainly been one eventful year. Oh yes, as in massive - wow. Just look at the war in the middle east now. People are living in fear of what is coming soon. I feel that Armageddon is near. Most people are struggling due to an on going economic crisis. Yeah, we could even see a massive recession soon. Just look at our grocery prices. Those keep on going up. Also, there are rent increases. Most people are much poorer than they were last year. Workers need to work longer hours at these puny wages. Often, a company will ban overtime as they do want you to come in. However, they make excuses when it comes time to pay us. They always have more excuses.

James 5:4-5
Look! The wages you failed to pay the workers who mowed your fields are crying out against you. The cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord Almighty. You have lived on earth in luxury and self-indulgence. You have fattened yourselves in the day of slaughter.

God is angry. He does not like what He sees. Employers are cheating workers of their rightful wages. It was that way back then and the same even now. Oh yes, the more things change, the more they remain same.

Hear what Jesus says:

Luke 14:13-14
But when you host a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, and the blind, and you will be blessed. Since they cannot repay you, you will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous. 

Please do understand that God is not going to take nasty evil people to Paradise as it is a great place, and He wants it to remain so. What I mean is that evil people would destroy Paradise in much the way as they have destroyed this Planet Earth that we are on now.

Certainly, it is a strange, eerie universe we are in now. Frankly, a lot of events that are happening would have been unthinkable just a few years ago. OK, so case in point, it feels like we are in a nightmare or a horror movie. Let me give an example to you. Right now a Roman Catholic women's college in Indiana, Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, will begin to admit biological males who claim they are women. They will be allowed into women areas. OK, so this includes the shower room. Brothers and sisters, I doubt anybody would have thought this possible back in the fifties or sixties even. Who can imagine what the world will look like in one hundred years?

God gives us a heads up in this Bible verse.

Luke 17:28-30
It will be the same as it was in the days of Lot:  they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

Most churches do not preach about what is coming soon. It is as if they are asleep at the wheel and do not recognize the final era we are in. Please do wake up. 

God wants us to stay alert about what is going on. He does want us to be ready to go and prepare. Please do remember that we can be taken to a better place in the rapture.
