God sees time in a different way
than us. After all, we are finite creatures and our lord is all powerful
and infinite in His scope.
People have told me...
that time travel is impossible because some one could go back in time
and prevent Christ from becoming our savior. Well, here is my own
answer:
Isaiah 38
1In those days Hezekiah became mortally ill. The prophet Isaiah son of
Amoz came to him and said, “This is what the LORD says: ‘Put your house
in order, for you are about to die; you will not recover.’ ”
2Then Hezekiah turned his face to the wall and prayed to the LORD,
3saying, “Please, O LORD, remember how I have walked before You
faithfully and with wholehearted devotion; I have done what was good in
Your sight.” And Hezekiah wept bitterly.
4And the word of the LORD came to Isaiah, saying, 5“Go and tell Hezekiah
that this is what the LORD, the God of your father David, says: ‘I have
heard your prayer; I have seen your tears. Behold, I will add fifteen
years to your life. 6And I will deliver you and this city from the hand
of the king of Assyria. I will defend this city. 7This will be a sign to
you from the LORD that He will do what He has promised: 8 I will make
the sun’s shadow that falls on the stairway of Ahaz go back ten
steps.’ ”
So the sunlight went back the ten steps it had descended.
Most of us have seen time
travel movies. They are thought of as science fiction, but these films are long
on fiction and short on science.

God
can slow time down. Look at this bible verse:
Joshua 10:12-13
On the day that the LORD gave the Amorites over to the
Israelites, Joshua spoke to the LORD in the presence of Israel: “O sun,
stand still over Gibeon, O moon, over the Valley of Aijalon.” So the sun
stood still and the moon stopped until the nation took vengeance upon
its enemies. Is this not written in the Book of Jashar? “So the sun
stopped in the middle of the sky and delayed going down about a full
day.”
Truly, this is amazing. Yeah, there is
an awesome God we serve. He can slow down time for us.
2 Peter 3:8
But do not overlook this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord
one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
Certainly, we can see that our Lord's
perception of time is quite different from our own.
Maybe we need to read some bible verses.
Please look at the one below this image. |

Isaiah 55:8-9
For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are
your ways My ways, declares the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than
the earth, so My ways are higher than your ways and My thoughts than
your thoughts. It is important that
we start to gather food in a warm summer. Winter is near. I do foresee a
heavy snow.
